Congratulations Ekki & Tony. Good luck to both of you.

Questions for Ekki:

1. My strategy in the game was obvious to most I think. I was loyal to you and magic and was planning on F3 with you the whole game. Was that your plan too up until I was voted out? I ask this because some of your comments say you and magic didn't trust me and that is news to me. Why didn't you trust me when I was so honest with you both and barely talked to anyone else?

2. Did you any clue that I was being voted out that round? From 0% - 100% tell me how much you suspected or played a part in it.

3. From what I read now, it seems that Moses and Ariana flipped to break up Ekki, magic, Jeff, and me. Why do you think they chose to vote me out instead of one of the other 3 of you?

Thanks and good luck.

Questions for Tony:

1. Tell me what happened from your perspective during my vote out. When Ariana and Moses said to you guys they wanted to flip to your side, was it their idea to vote me out or who came up with that?

2. Give me any number of reasons you can think of for me to vote for you when I know nothing about you and worked with Ekki very closely. Is there anything you can tell me that maybe I don't know about him that would make me not want to vote for him?

3. What did your alliance think of me in the game based on what you saw, but obviously didn't get to talk with me.

Thanks and good luck.

I ask this because some of your comments say you and magic didn't trust me and that is news to me. Why didn't you trust me when I was so honest with you both and barely talked to anyone else?

I didn't trust you originally because I didn't know you, and you seemed quick to trust/want to be trusted.  I know that sounds completely backwards. Laughing  But part of the game is wondering about motives.  However, I had no intention of going against you - it was more "wait and see" what you did.  As time went on, I did trust you completely, and had every intention of staying loyal, and I did (why I told you my suspicions of Ariana... because I trusted you/your judgment).  When Jeff came back into the picture, there was some conflict; I didn't want to dismiss him, but I certainly didn't want to turn against you (when we voted out Madea) and told him that after the vote, and told you everything before the vote.  You also became the person I most (and usually exclusively) shared my more theoretical thoughts about the game with (during that 2nd tribe swap, I talked to Moses a lot about strategy, but kept my theoretical scenarios to myself and you).  And that's because by that point, I did trust you - I did before the 2nd tribe swap happened (so pretty early on, shortly after we started talking).  It was nothing against you, just that initial period of the game/first getting to know you that I had doubts.  Once I knew you, that was no longer the case.  Magic's brief distrust was based wholly on you not picking her tribe during the second swap (and I think "distrust" was more "hurt feelings" in that case); Jeff's brief distrust was you not showing up for a couple challenges. When it came to the intended final 6, I wasn't sure how it would play out/who was close (I assumed you and Moses were closer than you were), but that wasn't against you... it was a big "wait and see" what everyone else does.  My reason for that was simply that I wasn't comfortable with the idea of us taking people as numbers just to drop them as soon as we could - I liked the idea of everyone having a chance, and knew dynamics/relationships would change, be it in my favor or your favor or anyone else's favor, and wanted everyone to have that time/advantage (I reconsidered that approach and became a lot more cutthroat after you were voted out).  That said, I was happy with that final 3 - but I was starting to trust Jeff, and liked Ariana and Moses (and assumed you were close with Moses), so there were variables I didn't want to think about yet.  At the time you were voted off (given my growing doubts about Ariana/Moses), I was confident with a final 4 of you, me, Jeff, and Magic - so we all had at least a solid chance, and we could all see who stood where up to that point.  That point never came, and when you were voted out, that changed (and when Moses and Ariana flipped, I completely revoked their chance - at least in my mind).  When Jeff was voted out (right when I got to the point of totally trusting him - horrible timing), that changed again.  Etc...  Eventually it got to a point I figured I needed to win immunity to stay in the game, Magic would probably be voted out, and then everything twisted back with Ariana becoming my best final 2 in that scenario (if Magic was voted out next - but we managed to flip it and voted out Audrey).  The game was a mess, basically, and I knew it would be - but I did trust you (it feels like so long within the game, but it was actually probably a matter of days I went from originally being suspicious to trusting you).  I know that sounds convoluted, but it is my entire thought process.

2. Did you any clue that I was being voted out that round? From 0% - 100% tell me how much you suspected or played a part in it.

At that point, I suspected there was a chance... maybe 50% - but they never said anything to me, and I didn't play any part in it/neither ever mentioned it to me.  And I figured it would be you (or Magic, but probably you) if they did flip.  I expected they might flip the prior round, and I PM'd you asking your thoughts on Ariana's comments/if we should trust her.  You told me she was probably trying to mislead the other side and we all needed to trust each other, so I did.  My comments in the 2nd individual tribal were me trying to subtly address my suspicion, without making waves/calling anyone out.  I was trying to trust them and not run around counter-plotting, but ultimately - I wish I had made a bigger issue of my suspicion (I wasn't sure if I was right or just paranoid).

3. From what I read now, it seems that Moses and Ariana flipped to break up Ekki, magic, Jeff, and me. Why do you think they chose to vote me out instead of one of the other 3 of you?

I think they chose you because you seemed like a strong player - sort of the leader initially - and they probably thought voting you out would make the rest of us fragment (instead, it made us tighter, albeit more secretive about that).  Also, they both later said that they didn't talk to you much or really know you, so didn't know where you stood with them.  I'd guess there's some truth to both.  For what it's worth, when they flipped, I was pissed, Magic was pissed, and Jeff was pissed/wanted Ariana gone (we tried the very next round, but it backfired) - but we all played it off like it wasn't a big deal, like we still trusted them, because otherwise we'd be in a worse situation.

Also, hello!

My favorite part of the game. He wasn't on my radar but as soon as I heard he wanted me gone, he had to go. <3

1. Tell me what happened from your perspective during my vote out. When Ariana and Moses said to you guys they wanted to flip to your side, was it their idea to vote me out or who came up with that?

During your vote out, I am imagine it was either Ariana or Audrey who settled on you. At that point, I wasn't talking much with Ariana yet so I only chatted through Audrey and your name had come up form her. Honestly, I'm unsure. Admittedly, during your vote I had become quite resigned with my only intention of trying to avoid that vote and work on winning the next challenge. To that, I was mostly about getting either you or Ekki, so my personal choice fit the bill.

2. Give me any number of reasons you can think of for me to vote for you when I know nothing about you and worked with Ekki very closely. Is there anything you can tell me that maybe I don't know about him that would make me not want to vote for him?

The main reason I can think of is what's been floating out is that Ekki knew Magic prior to the season. He's saying it's lucky they ended up on the tribe (which is at least statistically a 4 in 14 chance). To that, he said that he imagined that if the time came, he'd vote magic out if he had to, which I don't really buy. To that, it kind of reminds me of Jun and Jee from Big Brother 4 who though at odds secretly understood never to vote each other and avoid bringing each other up. So, to that, were they to end up on opposite tribes (which in some ways is equally advantageous since they can work on deflecting each other's names from being brought up), as long as they made it to the merge (which was very likely considering the couple of inactives and a couple crazy personalities) they would have had the power of two votes. So yeah, tl;dr - I came in here alone knowing not a soul (and only playing in my second Survivor with my first being I don't know how many years ago) and had to compete against a player having an immediate alliance.

3. What did your alliance think of me in the game based on what you saw, but obviously didn't get to talk with me.

I think, simply, you were the second threat behind Ekki. Admittedly, this is our first per se conversation, and beyond briefly agreeing to vote you out, there wasn't much else said about you.

Just to briefly respond to that (sorry - and it is a fair theory, which is why I wanted to address it):

That wasn't the case. But even if it were, in this particular game with multiple tribe swaps, that was probably pretty common amongst alliances ending up on different tribes. And that deflection never happened with Magic and me; at least until the final 4, no one ever brought up voting her out (at least not to me). As for the power of 2 votes - we were still in a minority (and sometimes an unstable/opportunistic majority) for most of the merge, which did make our 2 votes more solid. because they had to be for the sake of both our games (but that's also probably true of any alliance in the minority), but we still didn't have any certainty or real power with those 2 votes (when there were 3, 4, 5, etc... other votes to consider).

I think at the heart of my argument is (speculation aside) that a key component of this game is trust, and the fact that you and magic were always going to vote together (without any suspicion of turning on the other due to outside connections), makes for an advantage for both of you not had by others.

Just to clarify for the jurors: this isn't a true mystery game; so Ekki knowing magic's identity is not against the rules. Sharing your identity or playing as yourself has always been a part of the strategy of this series.

I know nobody is suggesting that he broke the rules, but I just don't want someone solely voting for or against Ekki because you think he cheated.
